    Just a beautiful place to stay, having our own boat ramp was fantastic, it is so quiet and the little phone reception made for an uninterrupted holiday and unwind. Have recommended to many.

    I stayed here with my family including our young children and we all loved it. Our typical day would involve an early fish off the fishing deck, head down to Rules Beach for a swim, and then come back to the property to take the kids for a walk or ride on the property, or just relax. The kids and the dog loved the large lawned area as they can run around and play. Additionally to the fishing, the kids also loved the wildlife - parrots, kookaburras, kangaroos, etc. The house has a great kitchen and facilities including comfy beds.
